Brian Fogarty joins Integrity Offshore as a consultant to support various rig move and marine operations. Brian has 25 years experience on jack-up rigs and is an accomplished Rig Mover, particularly on F&G Mod II, LeTourneau, KFELS and BMC designs.

January 2010

Avery Hatlestad joins Integrity Offshore as a consultant to support various rig move and marine operations. Avery brings a wealth of experience accumulated over 38 years on jack-ups, drill ships and platform rigs. Avery is an astute Rig Mover who possesses a good understanding of managing deep penetrations and RPD.

March 2011

Danny Ball joins Integrity Offshore as a Consultant to support various rig move and marine operations. Danny has 40 years experience in the offshore sector and has been associated with Bethlehem, LeTourneau, F&G and CFEM design rigs.

Steve Nowak – Managing Partner

Steve Nowak, Managing Partner in Integrity Offshore, is a graduate of Kings Point and has 27 years experience in the offshore industry with GlobalSantaFe as Manager Marine Operations, and Premium Drilling as Director Marine Operations with oversight on marine engineering projects and operations. Steve is a contributing author on various industry papers and training programs that address rig stability, marine operations, rack phase difference (RPD), and is a member of the ABS Special Committee on MODU's.

Simon Mortlock - Marine Superintendent / Partner

Simon Mortlock, Marine Superintendent and Partner in Integrity Offshore, has worked in the merchant navy for 13 years attaining the position of Chief Officer prior to 23 years experience in the offshore industry. Simon has served in various marine positions including Marine Superintendent with both GlobalSantaFe and Premium Drilling. Simon also worked as an independent consultant rig mover and is co-author on papers addressing rig moving and RPD.

Mark Felterman – Marine Superintendent / Partner

Mark Felterman, Marine Superintendent and Partner in Integrity Offshore, has 28 years of experience in the offshore industry. Mark has served in both drilling and marine positions with GlobalSantaFe and Premium Drilling where he was a Marine Superintendent. Mark has also served in a volunteer fire department and was a first responder.

Erik Riddle – Marine Superintendent / Partner

Erik Riddle, Marine Superintendent and Partner in Integrity Offshore, has 30 years of experience in the offshore industry. Erik has served in various deck and marine positions with Penrod, Scotdril, Reading & Bates, Global Marine, GlobalSantaFe, and most recently Premium Drilling where he was a Marine Superintendent. Erik has been involved in project work, training, and is a co-author on papers addressing rig moving and Rack Phase Difference (RPD).
